The ECV is evidenced by a believer who pursues a close relationship with God, described as Devotion.

In addition, the believer seeks to love others as God does, resulting in selfless service and friendship to other believers.

The final key trait is that the believer chooses to live “on mission” by explaining to others in their sphere of influence how they can have a close relationship with God as well.
